Refund Policy

1. Try before you pay

FundedTax includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, so you can confirm it fits your situation before any charge. The free trial is your risk-free way to evaluate the product.

2. After you subscribe

Paid subscriptions are sold by our Merchant of Record, which is the seller of record for your purchase and processes all payments, taxes, and refunds under its buyer terms, which you accept at checkout. Subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where the Merchant of Record's buyer terms or applicable law require otherwise. Annual subscribers who cancel keep access through the end of the paid year; unused months are not refunded.

3. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory rights, including any EU or UK consumer right of withdrawal, where they apply. Those rights are handled at checkout by the Merchant of Record.

4. How to request a refund

For a refund question, email founder@fundedtax.com from your account email. Approved refunds are processed through the Merchant of Record. See also the billing terms in our Terms of Service.
